Details:
Community Living Supports (CSL) provide assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries to live and participate fully in their community. CSL services include help with personal care, skill-building, transportation, and accessing community resources. Services are offered both in residential settings and through community activities.
Eligibility:
Individuals with developmental disabilities or ABI.
Must be eligible for Medicaid waiver programs.
Require support to live independently or semi-independently in community settings.
